Background:

Michael has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry and over six years as an executive recruiter for one of Boston's leading search firms.

Mr. Hubley founded Executive Search Partners, Inc. in 2001. His knowledge of risk management, the financial industries and the energy sector all contribute to his ability to translate the needs of his clients and candidates into successful placements. He spent over 15 years in the trading profession, including a position as Head Long Treasury Trader for Merrill Lynch Canada and an owner-operator of a Commodities Trading Company.

Michael and his wife Michele have four grown children and reside in Cohasset, Massachusetts, where they are active members of the community and their church. Michael enjoys studying the markets, hockey, horseback riding and gardening.
