Background:Sara brings over fifteen years of Human Resources experience to her role at Executive Search Partners, including seven years in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining the firm, Sara was a Director of Human Resources for Fidelity Investments, working closely with senior management teams in the institutional brokerage division. There, she handled all facets of HR including recruitment, management and organizational development, employee relations and training. Prior experience includes managing the national office of the Human Resources department for a Managed Care Company. Sara received her B.A. degree from Skidmore College and earned an M.B.A. from Northeastern University. She lives in Cohasset, Massachusetts with her husband John and two children, and enjoys all boating activities with her family as well as coaching soccer. An active participant in the community, she is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the South Shore Community Center.
